Booking Policy

1. Refundable cash security deposit of RM100-RM 200 per unit will be collected upon check in.
2. Check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon.
3. Early check-in are subject to room availability.
4. For late check-out request, additional charge will be applied
5. If payment by credit card is declined, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
6. In an event of no show on your check-in date, you will be charged for the full amount of your first night stay.
7. Modification of stay period is allowed. Additional charges subject to the room rates of your newly selected dates.
8. The Hotel is not responsible for any valuables and money, left unlocked and outside the individual safe, including those in the guest’s rooms and public areas.
9. Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Hotel’s Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
10. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
11. Please Get Ready ID Card/Passport To Be Register Upon Check In.
12. Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the hotel without exception. This includes guest rooms, conference and meeting rooms, hallways, elevators, stairs, restrooms, lobby areas and all other enclosed facilities and areas. Smoking only allowed at gazetted smoking area outside the hotel lobby / entrance and at the Balconies for specific guest room types attach with Balcony only.
    If a smoking violation occurs in a room, the client will be charged a 100.00MYR non-refundable cleaning fee.
13. All bookings made are Non-Refundable.
